  • Compensation $4-5K per month + full expat benefits 
  • this restaurant does also breakfast al la carte as well as breakfast buffet and also lunch a la carte and lunch buffet. Dinner will be a up scale seafood restaurant
  • Potential candidate must be European and European  trained 
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience primarily in traditional European cuisine and also familiar with Asian cuisine 
  • The Executive Sous Chef job – seafood, Asia candidate Must have experience in creating high quality product in a up scale dining cuisine in a 5* international restaurant/hotel environment for the last 5-6 years 
  • Must also have knowledge and experience upscale seafood restaurants  
  • Has a strong knowledge of upscale buffet and a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner production and menus

·        Can identify and develop new products and equipment to make improvements

·         Able to anticipate seasonality of products around the world and plans menus accordingly
