Wealthy Saudi businessman with multiple hospitality projects starts with a US Style High end Steakhouse in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Enamoured with his dining experience at Wolfgang Puck’s Cut and Sidebar restaurant, Mohammed said he plans to open a 120 seat equivalent in Jeddah, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The menu will be similar to Cut and Sidebar but optimized for VIP Saudi patrons.
The plan is to import fresh meat that will be dry aged on premises. The ultra modern kitchen layout is a sight to see. A menu has been designed and will, of course include Foie Gras. American grain fed beef will compete with Japanese Kobe steaks.
Hospitality Executive has been engaged to find the Steakhouse Executive Chef who can make this happen. Candidates are accepted from any part of the world as long as they have experience at a Top Rated American steakhouse. Several American steakhouses have overseas branch locations so the search is not limited to USA and Canada.
Hospitality Executive is looking for candidates. If you know an Executive Chef who is right for this opportunity, ask them to eMail their CV or Resume to firstname.lastname@example.org for additional info. Exceptional Executive sous chefs with solid steakhouse experience will also be considered.
Since no alcohol is served in Saudi Arabia the Steakhouse may also have a Tea Sommelier instead of a Wine Sommelier. Tea sommeliers perform food and tea pairings for each course and are familiar with all major tea ceremonies. Instead of a wine cellar they hold an inventory of aged and rare teas from the most expensive tea growers and varieties of the World.
