  • Junior Executive Chef preferred (minimum 5-6 years experience in a similar position)
  • Successful experience with international hotels
  • Hotel Opening and consulting experience will be an advantage
  • Creative approach to the production of high quality food
  • Experience with International cuisine, specifically French and Italian food
  • Financials including food cost and Inventory

Salary is not fixed, and highly depends on the current salary level and profile. Prefer CANDIDATE who is relatively young with good experience (+Single status), French preferred.

The package is generally like the below but again it will be decided exactly and shared with the candidate through TCE at a certain stage. (RM) E

BASIC SALARY USD Net per month, based on 5 days working week – Choice of the currency between US$ – A$ – Euro – Local currency 
ANNUAL TARGET BONUS Between 5% to 10% of basic net salary (+Severance Pay – 1 month/year)
INCOME TAX Paid by the owner
CONTRACT DURATION 2-3 years
PROBATION PERIOD 3 Months
NOTICE PERIOD 2 Months
AIR TICKET (Annual Leave and Relocation) Economy class
ANNUAL LEAVE 4 Calendar Weeks
RELOCATION EXPENSES Single = 200 kg / Married = 350 kg
HEALTH & LIFE IMS Standard borne by the Owner
INSURANCE 
PENSION CONTRIBUTION
 10% of Basic net monthly salary (No split) 
HOUSING & UTILITIES In-House paid by the owner

 Key Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Ensure creativity in the menu design and food items chosen
  • Consult menu design and food items to the related hotels travelling within the area
  • Develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with Guests, Hotel Team Members, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure high quality food standard, and interact with guests to monitor and assess satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
  • Meet and exceed the Management and Staff yearly business goals, enabling the hotel Food & Beverage operations to be recognised as quality and value
  • Being creative on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, high work ethics and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards and high demanding of hygiene standard
