Salary: USD $2,500/month, net paid in Euros
Fluent French speaking 
Manage BOH Back of House: Stewarding and Room Service food and beverage operations
Palace Resort: 180 rooms Morocco beach resort 
Food outlets 3 restaurants + bars 
Cance for RAPID PROMOTION at this Morocco Hotel group

Benefits: Single accommodation, laundry services, uniform 
Health Insurance, limitations apply; paid sick leave 
1 day off/week (can accumulate to maximum 8 days, then use it or lose it, one day at a time) 

30 days annual paid vacation leave after completing one year contract 
11 annual public holidays (can combine with days off or annual leave, only) 
Economy class airfare to report to work/home leave 
Location on beach between Casablanca abd Rabat

F&B assistant manager job stewarding & room service Contract Term: Two years minimum 
Appearance: Good, excellent personality and grooming.
Management Practice: Hand's on, role model, walks the talk, good trainer, good counselor, good mentor.
Proven track record of happy and productive work performance managing multi-cultural team. 
Character: Outgoing, sociable, friendly, courteous, kind, cheerful
Experience: 4 years similar experience as F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or cruise ship 
of 5 Star international standard, adept in FB costing and budget preparation
