HR Manager job Maldives resort 

START as soon as possible; no later than November 1, 2012 
Salary: USD $3500/month, net + Service Charge: $260/month, net
Annual Bonus Plan: eligible for 1 month salary, net

Benefits: 
Single accommodation, laundry services, uniform 
F&B allowance 
Health Insurance, limitations apply; paid sick leave 
1 day off/week (can accumulate to maximum 8 days, then use it or lose it, one day at a time) 
30 days annual paid vacation leave after completing one year contract 
11 annual public holidays (can combine with days off or annual leave, only) 
Economy class airfare to report to work/home leave

Gender: Male or Female 
Age: 35-45

Relationship: Single status 

Nationality: Eastern or Western European, South African, British, Australian, Canadian, American

Health: Good health and fitness given remote location, non smoker, 
alcohol consumption within reasonable limits

Contract Term Human resources manager job: Two years minimum

Appearance: Good (not overweight), excellent personality and grooming.

Interests/Hobbies/Sports: Water sports oriented given restrictions of 
an island working/living environment

Management Practice: Hand's on, role model, walks the talk, good 
trainer, good counselor, good mentor. Proven track record of happy 
and productive work performance managing multi-cultural team.

Character: Outgoing, sociable, friendly, courteous, kind, cheerful.

Resort Description: 400 rooms, villas, bungalows; multiple F&B outlets

Experience:
5 years similar experience as Human Resources in a hotel or island resort or cruise ship 
of 4 – 4 1/2 Star international standard, HR Generalist, well versed on creating and implementing
SOPs, and has a strong management style to look after to 750+ staff.
