Palace Manager Job Responsibilities Summary – Major responsibilities are to promote and ensure the Royal Family's satisfaction. He shall have the ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on personnel satisfaction and delivering prompt, courteous service. He is accountable for establishing superior standard and quality service, for developing the highest level of personal professional performance and controlling, planning, organizing and directing all operations and services including food and beverage, housekeeping, guest handling and maintenance. He shall pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver the highest standard of service and presentation that meets the Royal Family's needs and expectations. He shall be involved in the hands-on day-to-day running of the Palace, which may include carrying out reception duties or serving meals if the need arises. He shall be accountable for budgeting and financial management.
The Palace Manager Job requires graduation degree in respective fields with minimum 10-15 years of experience gained from working in international five star hotels such as General Manager hotel, Rooms Director or, senior positions, superior computer literacy, excellent command of the English language both written and spoken and the highest personal presentation standards, Arabic will be an advantage.
COMPENSATION: Up to USD $1/4 million per annum + full Expatriate benefits depending on job history and compensation history
