REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer
SUPERVISES: Heads of Food & Beverage of all of Client's Hotels in Hong
Kong – more than 4,000 rooms and 50 restaurants
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
1. To assist Chief Operating Officer (hearafter COO) to oversee the Food
& Beverage operations of all Client's Hotels in Hong Kong;
2. To manage the workflow of the business to achieve the goals set forth
by the COO and leads the team to ensure the business maintains high
levels of customer care;
3. Be technical savvy, keep close watch on market trends in hotels
operations and update concern parties in a timely manner.
Basic Duties:
1. Report directly to the COO for assignments and instructions, lead
functions and activities of the hotels operations with other Head of
Functions;
2. Reinforce CLIENT's standards and systems and at the same time, take lead to
develop and enhance service level and products;
3. Responsible for ensuring all CLIENT Hotels in Hong Kong deliver
consistent and extraordinary levels of guest service and achieve the
financial goals set out in the business plan;
4. Based on CLIENT prescribed standards, set benchmark and performance
levels with competitor sets to continue raising the performance bar;
5. Audit, analyze the hotels’ operational process and standards established;
guide and assist all Regal Hotels in Hong Kong to define the most
efficient and cost effective ways to ensure smooth operations, maintain
high ratio of customer satisfaction and meet and/or exceed the financial
goal;
6. Liaise with the function related industry association and community
and maintain good rapport with concerned parties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
1. 10 years Hotel management experience in Food & Beverage
2. Corporate experience in international brand is preferable
Qualifications:
1. University graduate in Hotel management
Skills:
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
3. Good planning and organizational skills
4. Good command of spoken English, and preferably Cantonese and Putonghua
