Location: Covent Garden, London, UK.

New Chinese restaurant. Opening experience is a Plus.

You will run a hi-level creative and modern Cantonese kitchen that includes wok, dim sum, bbq, and cold stations and would need experience overseeing a very busy hi-quality operation. Ideally you should speak English and Cantonese.

Some of the most important needs beyond having excellent Chinese culinary skills is how you manage the kitchen, including labor and food costs.

In the traditional Chinese kitchens each department, wok cookery, dim sum, and barbecue each have their own leaders.  We are looking for an individual who can successfully and smartly oversee ALL of these areas. Your application must clearly state you can handle this.
