Position – Chef de Cuisine, to head up and run a kitchen: Client is looking for a talented and dynamic Chef De Cuisine for their signature Pan-Asian beachside venue Starfish Bloo. The successful candidate will be a forward thinking, passionate, creative, out of the box chef versed in multiple SE-Asian cuisines and techniques.
You will have at least 2 years as a CDC in a Pan-Asian high end restaurant, strong knowledge of Haccp and safe hygiene practices, mature and mentoring personality with a “can do” attitude, passion for cooking and creating (no office chefs please), forward thinking and self driven, have a sense of ownership, you will be comfortable interacting with guests as well as playing as a team with FOH, have basic computer skills and be organized and efficient. This venue is open breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a high profile/demanding position in the market leader of Hotel F and B in Bali. Due to the high profile of the Brand and growth of the brand we are ideally looking for a chef that will be ready for Exec Sous or Exec Chef within two years.
