The current Executive Chef, will depart on March 21, 2012, after 3 years employment here and 5 years with CLIENT’s Resorts.
The new Executive Chef should report to work as soon as possible, however it is not required he report to work before the current Executive Chef departs.
The preferred qualifications for this position are:
Gender: Male
Age: 35 – 45
Sexuality: Heterosexual only
Relationship: Single status preferred but wife or girlfriend welcome if employable.
No children allowed in residence but can visit during school holidays, etc.
Health: Good health and fitness, non smoker, alcohol consumption within reasonable limits
Appearance: Good (not overweight), excellent personal grooming…required to spend time in
food outlets engaging and interacting with guests…public relations
Interests/hobbies: Watersports oriented given limitations of living/working environment (small island)
Management Practice: Hand’s on, role model, walks the talk, good trainer, good counselor, good mentor.
Proven track record of happy and productive work performance managing multi-cultural team
Character: Friendly, courteous, cheerful
Contract Term: Two years commitment. Additional years welcome subject to mutual agreement
Experience: 5 years similar experience as Executive Chef in 4 1/2 star international standard island resort or cruise ship of 200 or more rooms where focus is primarily buffet service and with relatively minor a la carte outlet business
