EXECUTIVE CHEF JOB MONGOLIAN THEME RESTAURANT OPENING DUBAI
Dubai Trading company has restaurants and has a Executive Chef job for their new 
Mongolian THEMED restaurant opening in Dubai, UAE Middle-East.
Full Expat Chef jobcompensation package.
The cuisine will be exclusive Mongolian with a Alcohol License
The floor area will be about 300 sq meters
The location is in a mall with a few well known fine dining restaurant chains.
Dubai, UAE, Middle-East.
Menu is not finalized yet, but has to be formulated with the chef.
The preliminary approval from the space & licensing has already been taken.
The candidate should be around 35 years of age with at least 10 years experience and with pleasing personality.
