- Must have at least 10 years of experience primarily in traditional European cuisine and also familiar with Asian cuisine
- The Executive Sous Chef job – seafood, Asia candidate Must have experience in creating high quality product in a up scale dining cuisine in a 5* international restaurant/hotel environment for the last 5-6 years
- Must also have knowledge and experience upscale seafood restaurants
- Has a strong knowledge of upscale buffet and a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner production and menus
