Young Japanese Chef de cuisine, open minded, meaning not glued behind his counter but willing to collaborate and lead the service team as well, guest oriented as it is an open kitchen; it should be easy for him to approach the guests on a regular basis.
MUST be an open minded Chef who will not stay behind his counter but blend with the guests and most of all lead the Kitchen & Service team.
