Salary: $2000 USD /mo. + $350/mo. service charge

The property has 740 staff members. You will be responsible for the Recruitment and Selection of the Staff, Performance Evaluations, Contracts, Staff Accommodation, Disciplinary Actions and Training in the absence of the Manager. Also all staff activities come under your purview. You manage a team of 6 staff and I replace the HR Manager in her absence.
