Compensation: up to USD $5k per month depending on experience, tax-free, accommodation, 3 meals and non-alcoholic beverages provided. The Executive Chef will have his own private room with all amenities. As part of the package, he/she is allowed a fully-paid trip home once a year with 30 days paid holiday.
Must speak fluent FRENCH and have international chain experience. Preferably single.
Hotel is part of a Moroccan chain which advances and promotes from within.
the successful candidate will take full responsibility for this international branded property reporting to the Area General Manager.
o He/She must be a fluent French and English speaking, at least 4 year confirmed experience as Food and Beverage Director within a large international branded Hotel chain.
o The F&B Director will possess a sound and strong F&B management experience.
o He/She will be the responsible to ensure the smooth running of all the Food and beverage and conferences facilities and functions.
o Diploma in Hospitality

The Resort consists of 180 Rooms, Suites and Royal Villa and has 3 restaurants and a convention canter. The cuisine is mainly Seafood, Mediterranean, Moroccan and International, room service to the Villas. There is a brigade of up to 50 Chefs ad cooks.
Annual turnover of F&B is about: Euros 7 Million.
We would need this person to start ASAP as the post is currently vacant.
