Base pay Singapore dollars $8-$10k per month, local package
FINE DINING experience at well known establishments is a MUST
The Restaurant manager Job:
– Plan, direct, control and coordinate activities of the restaurant.
– Ensure delivery of exceptional service at all times
– Manage sales revenue and annual budget, including review of operations and resources to manage cost and improve revenue.
– Manage staff and develop processes to ensure training needs and department productivity are met.
– Comply with all health and safety regulations

The Restaurant Manager:
– Is fluent in French and English
– Has a Diploma in F&B Management or equivalent.
– Possess a minimum of 8 years’ of relevant experience in a managerial position, preferably in a renowned fine-dining establishment.
– Has excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in guest relations and operations.
– An effective leader with strong communication and people management skills to deal with people of all levels and diverse cultures.
